1. Your safety is our highest priority. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; there are no exceptions. This agreement is entirely between booking party and passenger(s) and Sonoma Sterling Limousines, Inc. (SSL). ALL clients, especially those with groups of five (5) or more, are responsible for making prior arrangements/appointments at wineries. Our rates do not include appointment setting. Your chauffeur is not authorized to change the terms and conditions of this agreement. We require a credit card to cover overtime charges or possible damages on cash trips; overtime cannot be paid in cash. A deposit of 25 to 50% may be charged any time after your reservation is confirmed. All cash balances must be paid to the chauffeur prior to departure. 2. SSL is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to limousine/equipment during the rental by them or their passengers. Pet fee: $39. 3. Broken or missing glass fee: $10 ea. Smoking fee: $300. Sanitation fee (pets or humans) is $500. to $1,000. SSL determines when sanitation is necessary. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. By law, limousine divider must remain down for proms and runs for minors. The client is responsible for passengers’ behavior at all times. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in the limousine. 4. Overtime pay/wait time fees may apply 10 minutes after the listed Pick-up/drop-off time, and/or after eight (8) hours, at 120 percent of the standard rate. 5. Not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., construction, road closures, rock or mudslides, natural disasters). 6. SSL is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 7. Form of payment must be finalized with SSL office 24 hours prior to pick-up; exceptions may result in 10% fee. Any gratuity, once paid to chauffeur (24 hours after service), cannot be refunded. Client has complete discretion over chauffeur gratuity. Number of hours and/or scope of services may not be reduced or renegotiated for any reason within 21 days of service. Overtime accrues in 15-minute increments. ________ 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Trips are finalized and printed 24 hours prior to service. Late (24 hours’ notice or less) itinerary change requests, when possible, will result in an administrative charge of $19 each. On rare occasion, SSL may need to make a vehicle substitution. 9. There is an extra stop fee for unscheduled stops, or stops in excess of seven (7) stops. 10. Additional fuel surcharge may apply for mileage in excess of 100 miles. 11. Minors shall be accompanied by at least one responsible adult (age 21) or two adults aged 18 to 21; proms shall be the only exception to this policy. 12. SSL is not responsible for passengers during the run while they are outside of the vehicle. 13. CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED less than one week prior to service. Fees for declined credit cards may apply. Service charge will apply to split charges among two or more credit cards. 14. Client’s/client’s agent’s requested change to scope of services after price has been set may result in additional charge(s). The reserving party agrees to disclose the type of service being reserved, such as wedding, prom, etc. Additional fees (and/or gratuities) may apply when event type is not disclosed. 15. CANCELLATION POLICY: Peak-season reservations (March through October and holiday periods) require a 21-day cancellation. Off-peak-season reservations require a 14-day cancellation. Exceptions to this policy may result in a charge of 50% to 100% of total due. Cancellation administrative fee of $39 may apply.
