Cooking with K-J, Grilling on the Big Green Egg

NEW – Monthly cooking class and garden experience from our estate chefs and culinary gardener. The evening ends with a family style dinner paired with Kendall-Jackson wines. You’ll take away recipes, gardening and cooking tips, and the expertise to make this meal on your own!
The July class will feature “Grilling on the Green Egg”. This popular ceramic grill has incredible heat retention to cook at extremely high or low temperatures. Grill on high and the result is an incredible sear and caramelization. Or you can cook low and slow, to tenderize tough cuts of meat, while adding amazing smoke flavor.
This class is hands on and limited to 12 participants.
